FIELD NOTES & EXPERIMENTS
Experiments, failures, real numbers, and things I built to solve concrete business problems. No motivational fluff or academic theory: only what worked, what failed, and what we learned from it.
Real merchant rejections, pricing, KYC, Telegram Stars and adult-friendly payment alternatives. Research ongoing.
Three refusals, one restricted account and nearly twenty options reviewed for an adult-adjacent business.
Horrible cookie banners, bot-inflated metrics and bloated dashboards. I tested tracking only what matters.
Invasive cookie banners and useless metrics: I removed Google Analytics from Sovoque and tested privacy-first analytics. Here is what actually happened.
Why agencies sell €800/month 'social media management' while tables sit empty early in the week.
Observing venues in San Salvario and Vanchiglia: polished reels with 10k views and an empty room on Tuesday. The problem isn’t reach, it’s the specific offer.
Extreme bank rules, sudden Stripe and PayPal bans, 5% chargebacks, and how to build a checkout that survives.
Operating in difficult markets (custom lingerie, intimacy products) forces you to truly understand the web’s financial plumbing. Here are lessons for every online store.
From demo video hype to reality: when AI saves you 8 hours and when it burns 12 fixing hallucinations.
I attempted to delegate job signal scanning and data extraction entirely to an autonomous local agent. It works 90% of the time, but the remaining 10% demands a human.
How 9 hours of coding and GTFS open data solved a daily frustration at Turin's tram stops.
Official apps often stall or display theoretical schedules rather than real vehicle positions. I took Turin’s GTFS feeds and built an instant, no-nonsense live map.
A public experiment across Italy and Europe with 20 years of experience: response rates, channels, tailored CVs and real conversations.
Tracking the job search like a sales funnel: open rates, human replies versus 4-minute automated rejections, and the leverage of having live proof online.
FROM NOTES TO PRACTICE
I don't sell packaged retainers or abstract decks. Tell me where your business is getting stuck: I'll reply with an honest assessment and see what it takes to unlock it.
